Google Ads Management

Affordable PPC service to get more qualified leads for your business.

We love helping small and local businesses grow. Our effective Google Ads management processes are designed specifically to help small and local businesses get an affordable PPC (pay-per-click) service for measurable results.

We do this by using targeted Google ads to get you more phone calls and website clicks from qualified leads who are searching for your services online.

Google Ads are available for anyone to set up and manage. But without the right strategy, you run the risk of wasting time and money. Ultimately, the effectiveness of pay-per-click advertising comes down to your strategy. It takes a very targeted set of keywords and well-written ads that lead to a well-written website. If there is a disconnect between your keywords, your ads, and your website, then profitability can be difficult.

That’s where we come in. I have assembled a team of experienced, professional digital marketers who specialize in Google Ads. We have spent years perfecting our best-in-class procedures to keep our prices low and our strategies profitable so our clients get the best possible return on investment.

Google Ads Management Services

Search Ads

Search Ads are the ads that you see on the top and on the right-hand side of Google’s search results page. These ads are “pay-per-click”, which means it costs absolutely nothing to be on the page. You only pay when someone clicks on your ad and goes to your website.

We use all the targeting methods available to get the most highly qualified, relevant visitor possible to your website. If the website does its job of converting visitors to actions, then this can be a very profitable way to feed your sales funnel.

Typically, we like to start our customers with Search Ads. Of all the Google Ads, Search Ads tend to have the highest ROI and can be optimized fairly quickly.

Remarketing Ads (sometimes called ‘re-targeting ads’) are a great way to get people to return to your website. By dropping a Remarketing Code on every page of your website, we can advertise your website to the people that have visited your website in the last 30, 60, 90… days.

Google Remarketing Ads are simple and very cost-effective. Best of all, they are extremely targeted – they only target people that have taken the time to visit your website.

Display Ads

Display Ads are a very effective way to deliver a message to a very targeted audience. Display ads can not only be targeted geographically, they can also be targeted by the content of the web page the ad appears on, the history of a person’s web browser, and recent Google searches a person has made.

These ads are also pay-per-click, which means that it cost nothing for the ad to appear on another website. You only pay when someone clicks on the ad and sees your website.

Google Display Ads typically get hundreds of impressions for each click, so they can help you build brand awareness while delivering quality traffic to your website.

Google shopping campaigns and ads are used to promote your online and local inventory, boost traffic to your website or local store, and find better-qualified leads. Just like other ad formats, your Shopping Ads are charged using cost-per-click (CPC), you only pay when someone clicks on your ad.

Shopping Ads show users a photo of your product, a title, price, your store name, and more. By providing as much information as possible, it gives the searcher a strong sense of the product you are selling before they click the ad, which provides you with more qualified leads.

YouTube Video Ads

YouTube ads provide your business with a unique and visual way to connect with your target audience with a 30-second or longer ad. It’s an opportunity to get personal, share your expertise, and explain how your product or service can benefit that audience.

If you have a 30-second or longer video uploaded to YouTube, we can promote that video in a number of ways, and target your audience using several techniques including geotargeting, remarketing, and content targeting.

The ads work on a ‘pay-per-view’ basis. It cost nothing for someone to watch the first 29 seconds of your video. You only pay when someone watches for 30 seconds or more. (Yes, the video needs to be at least 30 seconds long).

If your marketing goal is to increase awareness – YouTube ads could be an excellent fit for you.

Our Google Ads Management Process

Google Ads is not a “set it and forget it” system. Not only is Google constantly changing, but your competitors are constantly changing their strategies, bids, keywords, and ads. To get the most from your ad spend, you need to make sure your account is set up for success and then constantly being supervised and optimized.

Phase 1:

Google Ads Setup

To help us reach your immediate goal as soon as possible, we need to make sure we set up your Google Ads account for success.

This Phase Includes:

  • Creating or linking to your Google Ads account
  • Keyword research and development of the initial keyword lists
  • Ad copywriting, including multiple ads per Ad Group
  • Addition of Ad Extensions, such as Callout Extensions, Structured Snippet Extensions, Call Extensions, and more
  • Configuration for Desktops, Tablets, and Mobile Devices
  • Addition of negative keywords developed from over ten years of experience

Phase 2:

Ongoing Optimization

Every time we optimize an account, we are reviewing the data collected since the last optimization to find new ways to get you more business.

This Phase Includes:

  • Adjusting keyword bids
  • Adjusting bid management strategies
  • Adjusting keyword matching
  • Managing negative keywords
  • Reviewing search terms for new keywords and negatives
  • Mobile/Desktop ratio optimization and bid adjustments
  • Geo-targeting adjustments
  • Ad Extension adjustments
  • Ad copy optimization and A/B testing ads for higher response rates

How often we optimize a Google Ads account varies based on budget, clicks, and needs. For complicated accounts spending thousands of dollars a week, we optimize the accounts almost every day. For a smaller budget account that spends a few hundred dollars each month, we optimize the account once or twice per month. All accounts are monitored with our daily reporting systems and those reports are reviewed by someone daily.
