The Client

Freya is a woman-owned full-service event production boutique consultancy based in Washington, DC, founded by Stephanie Heishman. Since 2014, Freya has worked with global mission-driven organizations and companies to design and produce high-impact, complex, values-driven convenings.

Stephanie’s client base is sustained primarily by client referrals and building natural connections through her robust professional network. After years with a Squarespace DIY site, she felt it needed updating badly and was ready to upgrade her website to a professional design so she could link to it with confidence in proposals and emails to warm leads to showcase the breadth of services and value she can provide.

The Results

Launched in February of 2026, the new Freya website is a 1-page modern, refined, sleek, and professional site that uses her branded gem tones with supporting colors for balance.

Although initially launched as a 1-page site, to ensure its effectiveness, we highlighted her services, her ability to deliver strategic & calm leadership under pressure, and her unique ability to act as a supplemental event partner to organizations and companies alike based on their needs.

We also developed messaging throughout that conveyed the collective she works with to ensure full-service event production to her clients as needed. To do this, we detailed the strengths of her internal team as well as her long-standing relationships with the wide variety of vendors necessary to serve any complex, high-impact convening.

Overall, we delivered a very valuable link for her proposals and emails to help properly convey her value and land new clients.
